Eligibility: You may return a product purchased from CosyLiving within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email at [care@cosyliving.com] . Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
